Introduction

2300 Hours
Just East Of The Drop Zone

"Gentleman, welcome to the Red Zone!" The general could hardly be heard over the sound of the chopper blades whirring. "You are our last hope". "In order to reach the city, you will first need to take out The Pit, a small base situated inside the mountain line. Then you can move on to Fort Galiath. Once you've got past the fort, you can then move on to the city." "I would suggest dropping by some abandoned storage huts on the way, they will help you in your quest. And when you get the chance, overtaking the airport and the labs will further you in succeeding".

"I'm sure you all know each other by now, together you are the last chance of Reaves survival". "Don't let us down!"

Rosenstein nodded toward each member of the team before shouting one more thing. "Good luck"
You feel a small thud. The helicopter had hit the ground.

You jumped out along with the other members of your team.
In the distance you can see the Labs and an abandoned storage hut.

Roll #1

Red Zone - Roll 1 - 26/2/12

This should let you guys know how the rolls are going to work in this game. I take all the actions and piece them together. You will notice your rolls may not be in the order that you posted them. This is just done because it is common sense. For example Ace will go last. Because he cant do his action until you have/have not reached the lab. I would highly suggest reading everyones rolls, or else it wont make sense. So here we go.

Intro -
The ground is covered in a thick grass cover. You can see further up the grass gets longer. It would be good cover, in case something goes wrong.
You start moving towards the labs

FoolishBalloon - 2
Take lead of my group, scanning for potential threats

You take lead of the group moving silently into the darkness. Your team follows behind. You travel for several minutes before hearing a small crack, much like a twig snapping. You assume its nothing and begin to go on towards the labs when you feel a hand grab your shoulder.

Frogger5 - 5
(Common sense not to include the minor)
Survey my surroundings, looking for cover, potential threats, etc.

You follow behind the Captain and after a little while you hear a twig snapping. You have a sharp sense of vision and in the darkness ahead you see a guard, supposedly patrolling around the labs. Captain Bob goes ahead towards the guard but luckily you grab him from behind and stop him. You then signal the team to get down in the grass.

Rulyon - 1
Arm my LMG and accompany the team. Be prepared to distract guards with a decoy grenade should it become necessary.

You are following the group to the labs when Clarkson turns around and signals you to get down. You go prone on the ground confused, but then you see the guard. Fortunately you were prepared for this, and pulled a decoy grenade from your pack. You nod toward the team, notifying them of what you are going to do, before pulling the pin on the grenade and raising your arm. Unfortunately for you, your arm was just not up to task, and before you could throw the grenade it slipped out of your hand. The decoy grenade explodes and sends out a loud sound of guns and other forms of weaponry.

Jamas - 6
Try to blend in with my surroundings, trailing the group closely.

You are following the group when you are signalled to get down by Wesley, you are about 3 metres behind the others and drop to the ground silently. Before you know it you hear loud sounds of gunshots from where . You are confused until you see that Torque, the clumsy bugger, had dropped a decoy grenade in the middle of the group. You see a guard point his gun towards the grenade. In a rush you pull a throwing knife from your pack and throw it directly at the guard. It hits him directly in the forehead…You sigh with relief. The guard falls to the ground… X_X

JackBarber - 6
Follow the group and keep my eyes open for any potentially useful items, taking them as we go if they are close enough.

You are going to the lab, and after a sudden course of events. You are left shocked, looking at the stone cold man on the ground. The team moves towards the guard. "So, that's one down, only a seemingly countless amount to go" the captain said. "Well, lets get him out of the way so he wont get found". You look around and find a large amount of rocks to cover him up. But before you begin, you scavenge through the guards possessions. You find:
1 FAB Laser
And
1 Decoy Grenade.
You are pleased with what you have found, you take the FAB laser, and hand over the decoy grenade to Torque.
"Here, you are the only one who has storage for these"
"Thanks, seems i just ran out" Torque said, he pats you on the back and you head on with the group.


ace223 - 4
Head to the lab, to try and find a server to connect/hack the video systems, and watch out for video cameras.

The team reaches the labs. From what you can see, there is only one video camera, on the corner to the right of you. It's obvious you will be safe in that regard.
You can see unfortunately there is no access points to tap in to the surveillance.

Debrief for the roll:
You find a place to huddle behind a wall of rocks.
The team can see in front of them there is a door, with one guard on each side. Making a total of….2 GUARDS!
Behind the guard on the left you can see a map of the labs on the wall. With Clarkson's excellent vision, he makes out the map through his sniper scope.

Roll #2


Red Zone - Roll 2 - 1/3/12

I have decided in regards to the inventory, every time you gain or lose something you will be notified like so
+1 Charge Laser
AND THEN if you wish to view your main inventory, check the character classes in the OP of the game. I will change them every roll according to your current inventory's

Intro: It's now or never, there is two guards blocking your way into the labs, and you can almost smell the goodies in there. Your plan is set into play

JaMaS141 - 1
After noticing the guard... hide in the shadows... I think a knife to the face will do well.

You slip into the shadows silently, and are not seen by the guards. You pull out a knife from your pack and viciously throw it towards the guard on the left. Unfortunately your aim is not as good as last time, and you miss the guard completely hitting the door and notifying the guards of your presence.

Frogger5 - 5
Major: Taking advantage of my ghillie suit, go prone and examine the guards through my scope, and top the remaining guard. Should Jamas fail to connect, take out the other one as well.
Minor: Advise the others to stay on their toes, in case something goes horribly wrong.

You inform the others to be prepared, and you silently go prone beside the barricade of rocks. You look straight down your scope and wait for Samaj to take his shot. Before you know it a knife is embedded in the door, realising the assassin's mistake, you put a bullet through the second guard's head, and quickly move to the left. You are lucky and hit the guard on the left in the chest, presumably in the heart, as it killed him in seconds.

Rulyon - 4
Continue to provide support for the team, refraining from using the grenade this time around.

You watch as your teams plan comes into play. In seconds two men are slumped over on the floor, and you move with the team to the door.
"Nice work Samaj" Wesley whispers sarcastically to the assassin.
You hold of a laugh before you realise the knife might actually help you. You pull it vigorously until it comes out of the thin door. Leaving a fairly large hole.
You smile and peek through, seeing no guards, the team moves in.

ace223 - 6
If the team does take out the guards
Major: Search the Weapons lab for or small UAV drones or remote control scout cars (remote control car type thing)
Minor: Request backup to watch me while i search the room
If the team doesn't take out the guards - Shoot to kill

Your team reaches the weapons lab. "Move!" Captain Bob yells as you rush into the room, only to find fortunately for you, it is completely empty of people.
You assume the workers have gone home, as it is so late. You search throughout the lab and inspect every nook and cranny, and your eyes open wide when you find something you certainly didn't expect in a medium sized side cupboard.
2 UAV drones! They seem fully operational and come with a portable screen.
You slip them into your backpack

+ 2 UAV Drones

JackBarber - 1
Continue to keep any eye out for more useful items or equipments.
Attempt to give supporting fire/cover for the team as they try to go in to "take care" of the guards.

After a fortunate series of events it seems as if Eddleson found the only good things, and you are left empty handed.

Debrief for the roll:

The team is happy with their accomplishments, and together you must decide whether you want to go to an abandoned storage unit, or try and take out the pit early on in your quest.

Roll #3

Red Zone - Roll 3 - 11/3/12

Intro: Your team has successfully scouted the main area of the base, the weapons lab, as a group you decide to scout around the area, and check some of the smaller labs.

JackBarber - 3

Search the bodies of the guards if they are still in the area. (If not just search The Bio and/or Weapons Lab.)
Suggest that once we are done here that we head to the storage unit to the south west.

(If you guys weren't aware already, minor actions sometimes wont be included in the role, and are merely just for reference by other players)

Your team each decides on their separate rolls, and you disband from the group to go check out the dead soldier's equipment. You assume there could be something to find that would help you further your success. You slip away from the group and back down the hallway you entered through. The door creaks open and you slip out. The two guards lie on the ground, and after carefully examining them both, you can't find much that can help you. You take a spare couple of magazines, leaving you with extra ammo in case you get in trouble. You also pick up one FAB Laser, and you attempt to pick up another one, but it seems you can't carry anymore without becoming overburdened. You already have 3. "Maybe it's time to hand one to somebody else?"You think.

Frogger5 - 2
Find a way onto the roof of the labs, and scope the surrounding area, particularly towards storage units.

You head up to the roof as the rest of the team moves out, and deploy your sniper. You scope in on the surrounding area and can't see much, but when you go to scope in on the first storage area, a strong wind picks up, and dirt is thrown into the air. It seems as if a large storm is coming. You go back to scoping the storage area, but you can't see much due to the dirt, you can make out some movement, just in front of it, but you can't tell who it is.

ace223 - 1
Grab out a UAV drone and scout "The Pit" and along the fence toward "Fort Galiath" counting the number of guards

You head off with Samaj, and try to figure out where the best place to set off your UAV drone would be. The both of you decide on the roof, and follow Clarkson up above. You set up your UAV and gently it lifts off, heading towards the Pit. It almost arrives and you can make out a group of vehicles based there, but before you can get closer, dirt shrouds the drone, and a heavy gale knocks the UAV off it's path. You try to get control of it but it's too late, and the UAV goes rocketing towards the ground, before it see's an unfortunate early death.

JaMaS141 - 5
Whilst Ace uses the UAV drone hide nearby making sure no body sneaks up on him

You follow Ace up to the roof, and carefully cover him, after a storm picks up, you witness one of his UAV Drone's go to a better place. Fortunately Ace is safe and the two of you and Wesley head back down into the Labs, avoiding the tribulations of a bad storm.

Rulyon - 6
Search the building we just cleared for any useful items or intelligence we may have missed on the first time through.

You decide the best place to search would be the nearby Bio lab, you slip inside the door from the weapons lab and find the lights are already on. You look around and see something that makes you grin maniacally. There in front of you is a guard roster. The roster contains information on The Pit. After carefully studying this roster, you now know that if you go to the Pit right now, by the time you reach it, there should be roughly 18 guards. But if you pick of a storage unit first, and get to the Pit an hour later, there will only be 10. You feel proud of your discovery and after seeing that there is not much else in the room, you head back to the group.

The team combines once again, and after hearing some important information from Torque, and the others, you make your next move
