Major: Cook that dead bird {Cooking/Survival}, and grab a handful of sharp rocks
Minor: Do push-ups and crunches
If I don't have a shirt, I may as well be ripped.

You try to make your leg better with some moss, and realizes that the moss had healing functions! It heals half of the injury, but it has an sideeffect: You get very sleepy, but luckily you have enough time to sleep, so you don't get any negative effect.
Effects:
Scratches on arm: -1 On all actions using the arms. Will heal in 2 turns.
Deep wound in left leg: -1 On all that uses the left leg. Will heal in 1 turns.

Talkal [5]
"Hi! I am Johnny! Where the hell are we? Are you ok?" - "I am FLAMELASHER" Are you blind? We're in a forest full of dangers! And I am not ok! That darn spider bate me!"
You find a good stick and rips of a piece of you shirt to use as rope, but you need a sharp stone. You look around, and find a totally black stone that looks very strong and sharp. You tie it to the stick and swings it to the tree, easily cutting off a branch. It is really sharp, but also very heavy. You won't be able to cut many trees with it
Effects:
Scratches on arm: -1 On all actions using the arms. Will heal in 1 turns.
Deep wound in left leg: -3 On all that uses the left leg. Will heal in 2 turns.
Wound on the back: - 1 To everything that uses your back. Will heal in 1 turns.

You find many good branches and ties them together with some ripps of your clothes, and makes a good wooden shield.

Deep wound in left leg: -3 On all that uses the left leg. Will heal in 2 turns.

You run to the bird and sees that it has some feathers left. You take them and make a shirt. It's not the best, but it keeps you warm. Then you take a stick, lacing the bird on it and cooks it. It gets perfectly cooked, and you put it aside. You start doing some pushups, but you damaged leg makes it to painful to continue. You start doing some situps, but you scratches makes it to hard to make more then 10.
Effects:
Scratches on arm: -1 On all actions using the arms. Will heal in 2 turns.
Deep wound in left leg: -3 On all that uses the left leg. Will heal in 3 turns.

Good plan. Random cows are evil, anyways.
I'll gather up as much of that healing moss as I can, and anything else that looks mysterious.

Flame, there's something you don't have thought of: Cows are not that often wandering around in a forest full of monsters, and you need to prepare the leather before you can use it to armour. You have played too much minecraft

Hahaha, yes then it would work. But it would be like this: An UFO came flying fast over your head with an abducted cow being sucked uppwards the beam when they saw you. They got scared and dropped the cow on your foot, making you to fall and accidently break his nek. Inside his neck were there a button you pressed, and the leather fell down ready to use
