The power scale is something like:
Arrowhead Salvo - 0.5
Javelin - 0.75
MDC - 1
So it got hit by the power of nearly 11 MDCs (counting Wisdom's frigates) and a salvo of arrowheads. But, don't waste Javelins. Each Frigate is equipped with 5.

For ease of reference, the ships are left to right Sonata(A), Solace(B), Vigilance(C), Custer's Folley(D), and Galahad's Redeemption(5). Any description of relative direction is in reference to the map.
Five Javelineer pods? I'll keep that in mind. Were we flying underequipped ships? Your reference material said we have 6 Javelineer pods and 75 ACVs. If so that's fine, I just want to be sure I know what I'm working with.
A & B manouver to the left of Wisdom's fleet, target the front ship ahead of them, and fire salvo of Arrowheads.
C moves directly above Wisdom's Supercarrier leaving enough room to manouver, target the nearest enemy frigate, fire Arrowheads.
D & E move to the right of Wisdom's fleet, target the front ship ahead of them, and fire Arrowheads.
The explosion of the Supercarrier brightens the bridge enough that McFarlene has to shield his eyes momentarily from the glare reflecting off where his crew painted Vigilance on the hull. As it dissipates he smiles and says over the comm:
"How do you like that, High Admiral? Looks like she wasn't so tough afterall. Suddenly the odds have changed." At this point his ships fire their Arrowheads, the exhaust plumes reinforcing his words. "Whaddya say we push our advantage, sir?"

Wolf, Tiger and Bull: Attack the weapons of as many frigates as possible. Wolf has slightly stronger damage, Tiger has an incredibly good armour and Bull has +1 to aiming.
The other 5 ships: Try to take out the Slit Dropships, trying not to harm them too much, but making sure I take them out this turn. Flux 785 mph, Passion +1 to dodge, Anima .5 more damage, Requiem has insanely good armour... Yeah, that's it, those are aaaaaall the bonuses. >.<

The reference material has typos in. Will fix. Also, you have no ACVs because very few were made because there was no war until the begging pf the fight.

Also, you want to take out dropships with Fast Assault Ships without doing too much damage? That'll probably need a perfect 10.

That's why I said try to, but make sure I do it this turn... I mean, if I can't do it, just do damage... But make sure I kill them as killed as I can.

I made my tactic to ensure death/major damage to the targetted ships, target anything BUT those ships as you would be wasting a turn

That's called a "Javelin", it's a real rocket used against heavy armor.AFRL - 'Aerial Fall Rocket Launcher' is the full name of this rocket that launches rocket into the sky, which then fall onto the target.

A1 - (10) The ship's armour becomes insanely powerful: it can now take 3 MDC rounds and an 'Arrowhead' Salvo before it dies.
A2 - (3) The crew just damages the old armour trying to remove it.
A3 - (10) The ship's armour becomes insanely powerful: it can now take 3 MDC rounds and an 'Arrowhead' Salvo before it dies.
A4 - (7) The armour can now take a javelin blast as well as 2 MDCs before it breaks.
A5 - (1) The crew remove the old armour... Then drop the new armour. A5 can be killed in 1 Javelin shot.
A2 and A5 get better armour. Rest of the alphas get more attack.
